Demo

Let's get started

Book a time that works for you. We'll tailor the call to your needs—whether it's a quick intro or a full walkthrough of Anyset.

What to expect on the call

The demo is a working session, not a sales pitch. We spend the first few minutes understanding the projects you run—how many active jobs, which platforms your team uses (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Trimble ProjectSight, or something else), and where closeout and submittal management currently breaks down. From there we walk through Anyset against a real project, ideally one of yours: drop in a spec book, generate the submittal and closeout logs live, and show how the agents follow up with subs and assemble the turnover package. If you bring redacted specs from a recent job, the demo gets concrete fast.

Most demos run 30 to 45 minutes. If you want a shorter intro, say so when you book and we'll keep it tight. If you want to pull in a project executive, an IT lead, or your document control team for a deeper conversation, we can run a longer working session instead.

Who should be on the call

  • Project executives, project managers, and project engineers who own submittal review and closeout delivery. They're the ones who see the day-to-day pain most directly.
  • Operations leaders and directors of construction evaluating Anyset as a portfolio-level tool. We can show how the platform standardizes practice across teams, benchmarks performance, and connects to existing project management systems.
  • Document control and quality leads who own the submittal log and the ITP. They're often the deepest users and the ones who confirm that the AI output matches their standards.
  • IT and security stakeholders who need to evaluate integrations, permissions, SSO, data residency, and SOC 2. We can answer specifics on the call or schedule a separate security review.

What we'll share after the call

After the demo, you'll get a follow-up with the recording (if you opted to record), a short summary of the topics we covered, links to relevant case studies, and any specific artifacts we promised in the meeting—spec book extraction samples on your own document, a scoped integration plan for your project management platform, or a draft pricing proposal if you asked for one. There's no obligation and no automated drip campaign. If Anyset isn't a fit, we'll say so.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical implementation take?

Most teams go from contract to first project in under two weeks. Connecting your project management platform is usually under an hour. The bulk of the time is on your side— deciding which project to start with, training the team, and aligning on your company's log standards. Anyset configures around your standards rather than asking you to adopt ours.

Do we have to commit to a long-term contract?

No. Anyset offers project-based pricing alongside annual subscriptions. Teams that want to pilot on a single project can do so without committing the full portfolio upfront. Most customers move to an annual after one or two pilot projects, but the option to stay project-based is always there.

What about SOC 2, security, and data residency?

Anyset operates in a SOC 2-aligned environment with encrypted storage, audit logs, per-customer data isolation, and integration-level permissions that honor your source systems' access controls. Documentation is available on request, and we're happy to run a security-focused session with your IT or compliance team.

Can I see Anyset against my own spec book before talking to sales?

Yes. If you want a no-meeting preview, send us a redacted spec book and we'll return a sample submittal and closeout log within a day. Mention it when you book, or email contact@anyset.ai directly.

What if I can't find a time that works?

The calendar shows availability about three weeks out, but we can almost always find earlier or off-hours slots for teams in a hurry. Email contact@anyset.ai and we'll work around your schedule.
