What you get

Built around three outcomes

Each Anyset solution is designed to ship value the first day you turn it on.

Native integrations

Direct, supported connections to Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, and Trimble ProjectSight—not brittle scrapers or one-off exports.

Every document type

Submittals, RFIs, transmittals, drawings, photos, contracts, daily logs, and project documents—all of it, in their original structure.

Always in sync

Changes in your source system flow into Anyset automatically, so the closeout package is always built from the latest version.

Integrations

Works with the platforms your team already runs

Anyset connects directly to Autodesk Forma, Procore, and Trimble ProjectSight—no exports, no copy-paste.

Closeout data lives everywhere—until it doesn't have to

Project data on a typical job is split across half a dozen systems: submittals in Procore, drawings in Autodesk, contracts in a shared drive, RFIs somewhere else, and a closeout spreadsheet trying to hold it all together. By the time you start the turnover package, half of your engineering hours are spent finding documents, not assembling them. Worse, every manual export creates a snapshot that's out of date the moment it lands on your desktop.

Anyset connects directly to Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, and Trimble ProjectSight and pulls submittals, RFIs, drawings, photos, transmittals, contracts, and documents into a single project workspace. The integrations are native and supported, not custom scrapers, which means they keep working when vendors push updates and they respect your existing permissions model.

One source for the closeout package

When the closeout package is built on live data, the rest of the workflow gets cheaper. Document collection focuses only on what's actually missing from the source systems. AI review compares submittals to the same drawings the team is building from. And when the owner asks why a particular version was used, the answer is one click away in the system where the document was originally approved.

What Anyset pulls from each system

  • Autodesk Construction Cloud / Forma. Submittals, RFIs, transmittals, drawings (with version history), specifications, sheets, documents, photos, daily logs, and cost items. Anyset respects ACC's project-level permissions, so a user only sees data they could already access in ACC.
  • Procore. Submittals, RFIs, drawings, specifications, project documents, observations, inspections, daily logs, photos, and meeting minutes. Two-way sync is available for submittal status updates, so changes made in Anyset show up in Procore without a manual re-export.
  • Trimble ProjectSight. Submittals, RFIs, drawings, transmittals, and project documents. Anyset extracts the metadata alongside the file content so reviewer assignments, approval status, and CSI section tagging carry over.

For systems we don't yet support natively, Anyset accepts standardized exports (CSV, Excel, and structured zip archives) and folder uploads from SharePoint, Google Drive, and Dropbox. Teams typically use a combination—native integrations for the systems that drive day-to-day workflow, folder ingestion for one-off historical projects.

How the integrations stay reliable

The integrations are built on the vendors' supported APIs, not screen scrapers or browser automation. That distinction matters: when Autodesk or Procore push a UI update, the Anyset connection keeps working. When they push an API change, we get advance notice and ship an update before the change lands. Customers don't see breakage and don't have to maintain anything on their end.

Sync runs on a schedule you control—real-time, hourly, daily, or on-demand—and only re-pulls what has actually changed. Audit logs show every sync, every fetched item, and every error, so when a document doesn't show up in Anyset, the answer to "where did it go?" is already on the screen.

Frequently asked questions

  • Only when you opt in. By default, Anyset is read-only against the source system. For Procore and ACC, you can enable two-way sync on specific record types (typically submittal status) so updates made in Anyset write back—but write access is per-integration and per-record-type, so nothing happens without an explicit configuration.
  • Anyset honors the permissions model of each source system. A user who can't see a particular document in Procore won't see it in Anyset either. Permissions are checked on every request, not cached, so revocations in the source system propagate immediately.
  • You can ingest documents from any file system or cloud drive—SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and direct uploads. The closeout and submittal workflows work the same way regardless of where the source data lives. If you want a native integration with a system not yet on the list, request it from the demo page—we prioritize based on customer demand.
  • Anyset runs in a SOC 2-aligned environment with project-scoped access, encrypted storage, audit logs of every access, and per-customer data isolation. The integration uses OAuth or service accounts you control, and access can be revoked from the source system at any time with immediate effect.
  • Most integrations connect in under five minutes—OAuth flow, project selection, and the first sync runs in the background. Connecting a backlog of historical projects is a separate step and runs at whatever pace your team prefers.
